Meet Mary

Mary graduated from Carson City Beauty Academy in 1995.

She perfected her waxing and skincare techniques at the Dermal Institute in Pleasanton California. After practicing esthetics for 3 years in a local Carson City salon, she created and began Mary's About Face and Body in 1998.

Happily married and proud of her two grown children, Mary is a native Nevadan with a passion for capturing the stunning beauty of our Great Basin through photography. She loves scripture study, art, music and the variety of wonderful locals who grace the doors of Mary's About Face every week.
